This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between HRX Head Hunters LLC (“Processor”) and its clients (“Controller”) where HRX processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.
1. Subject Matter and Duration
HRX processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing recruiting, advisory, and related services. This DPA remains in effect for the duration of the services.

Candidate sourcing, evaluation, and placement support

Billing and transaction processing
Service analytics and improvement

5. Processor Obligations
HRX shall:
