Position Overview:
This role owns supplier coordination, production oversight, and project execution to ensure on-time delivery of custom products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships and production timelines
- Issue clear production instructions and confirm specifications
- Track progress across ~50 concurrent projects
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate logistics and shipping solutions
- Resolve production and supply chain issues proactively
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership
Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing overseas suppliers and production
- Experience with custom or luxury goods preferred
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 – $80,000
- Fully remote role (U.S.-based)
