About the Position:
A high-volume distribution organization is seeking a Sales Operations Director to lead forecasting, performance analytics, and revenue optimization.

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for optimizing the commercial engine, improving forecast accuracy, and driving disciplined execution across sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own sales forecasting and revenue planning
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, and inventory turnover
  • Build reporting dashboards and performance analytics
  • Optimize sales processes and pricing strategies
  • Align inventory with demand forecasting
  • Lead and manage a B2B sales team
  • Drive accountability and operational discipline

Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years in sales operations within distribution or telecom
  • Strong experience in forecasting and analytics
  • Advanced Excel and CRM proficiency
  • Experience in high-volume, low-margin environments

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 + bonus + profit sharing
  • KPI-driven incentives and leadership role
