About the Position:
A fast-growing energy and infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a Power Systems Account Executive (Tier 1) to support expansion across Florida and the Southeast. The organization specializes in critical power systems, including UPS infrastructure, battery backup, and power solutions for mission-critical environments.
Position Overview:
This is an entry-to-mid-level sales role designed for a driven and coachable professional looking to grow within a technical sales environment. The role focuses on developing new business, supporting client relationships, and building a strong foundation for advancement into senior sales positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities across the assigned territory
- Conduct virtual meetings and support on-site client engagements
- Assist in evaluating client needs and recommending power system solutions
- Build relationships with clients in sectors such as healthcare, data centers, industrial, and municipal
- Support the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
- Collaborate with senior sales and technical teams to develop proposals
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-up

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000
- On-target earnings: $120,000 – $150,000+
