A fast-paced distribution organization is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support data reporting, operational analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Position Overview:
This role focuses on data organization, reporting accuracy, and supporting business operations through analytics and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain large datasets across sales, inventory, and finance
- Build reports using Excel and Power BI
- Analyze COGS, inventory, and FIFO tracking
- Ensure accurate data classification and reporting
- Identify discrepancies and improve data quality
- Support reporting deadlines and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills (formulas required)
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work with large datasets under deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power BI
- Exposure to inventory or financial data
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $55,000 + benefits
