The Opportunity:
This individual will serve as the face of the organization while supporting administrative and accounting functions that keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure, staying organized, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced office setting.
Front Desk & Office Management:
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and assist with vendor coordination
Administrative Support:
- Digital and physical filing
- Document organization and records management
- Scheduling and coordination support
- Data entry and basic reporting
- Support special projects across departments
Accounting & Financial Support:
- Assist with AP/AR processing, invoice review, and reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities and reporting deadlines
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready financial documentation
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support internal financial reporting and operational accuracy
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
