About the Position:
A growing manufacturing organization in the pet wellness and consumer goods space is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across its facility.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and minimizing operational risks across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all EHS programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standards
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Develop and deliver employee safety training programs
- Drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices
- Partner with leadership to promote a proactive safety culture
- Maintain compliance records and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred
- 3–7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Proven leadership and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + bonus
